Ingredients:

Burger Patty:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Mint Aioli:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings:

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mixed microgreens (such as radish, beet, and kale)
  • 4 burger buns, toasted
  • Optional: Sliced tomato and red onion

Instructions:

Prepare the Mint Aioli:

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped mint, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and set aside in the fridge to let the flavors meld.

Make the Burger Patties:

  1. In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until just combined. Divide the mixture into four equal parts and form into patties.
